Big Boss brews beers that are appreciated for their complex aromas and flavors, which is why they chose an exceptional method of printing on their specialty Belgian Black Raspberry ale: Big Operator. Big Operator took advantage of Digitalabel’s variable printing technology, using sequential numbering so each hand-filled bottle has its own identity. Graphics were printed on a bright chrome film material to achieve a metallic appearance. Along with the four color process a fifth color station was used to produce the white text and graphics. The label was finished with a coating of dull UV varnish to give a matte appearance. The end result is a great bottle of beer that looks as good as it tastes.
