Prototyping

Digitalabel uses Hewlett-Packard Indigo offset print technology. These state-of-the-art presses offer unprecedented flexibility and incredible accuracy on all print jobs. The HP WS series presses incorporate patented ElectroInk liquid inks that deliver offset perfection; no toner is used.

Turnaround

Need to test your idea before going to production? Digitalabel can provide production-grade sample labels with resolution up to 230 line screen. Make as many color or variations as you like, at no additional cost. There are no plate changes with our printing process.

Finishing is accomplished with the Digicon converter from AB Graphics. Printed labels flow directly from the digital press to the Digicon, which then can laminate, varnish, die-cut, strip, slit and re-roll. All of these processes can be done in-line for maximum accuracy and speed.
